Hello! I am attempting a motor detection on my new motors, but I can’t get them pas the lambda stage. When I arrive at this stage, the motor starts to turn and then suddenly locks up.
I’ve tried my motors on both sides, and the issue seems to come from my vesc, where one side seems to do this.

In one of the FOC detection stages the motor locks up and makes a loud noise, that is normal. Are you not getting a value out of it at all or were you concerned about the noise

The issue I had was that one of the motors would start turning during detection, then lock up instantly.
But I’ve got this sorted, I got my motor sensor wires in the wrong order. I cut them but then I soldered them on another connector that had a different wire color arrangement.
Ah yeah that would do it too haha
