the heat dissipation would be better with higher kv because will have less turns of wire and the wire is fatter and has less insulation layers so can transfer heat out better. i dont know how much better it would be in practice and would depend on if the motor were open to the air or sealed or wound with wire being organized or wild. the wilder the winding the more insulation ends up between and worse heat transfer.
