Motor doing weird thing flipsky 63100s

I bought this diy board off of someone. All kinds of issues with the board. Had to send him his battery back becuase it had a unprofessionaly made battery with it. Anyway the motor jump like out when it moves. How do i fix this? Heres some videos.

take off the motor, and check if the circlip still exist on the shaft right next to the bearing

Hpw do i get that gear off the motor to pull it off?

i can’t tell what drivetrain that is, but usually heat would help removing the motor gear

Got it off now what?

circlip seems to be still there, check if the groove is wide enough for a second one

Seems like i pushed the clip down some. Now its not moving

Motors with circlips aren’t great on helical gears.
The constant axial load will chew up the shims and circlip.

You need the make sure there is no play in the can before you reassemble and shim-up the gap if necessary.

These are boardnomic geat drives on the trampa cnc trucks. Does this look right? He used something it looks like to hold it on or seal it up. I

wanted to see if i could move them down on the truck because he had to use an extra bearing on the outside of the wheel as a spacer to get it to fit.

Seems like when i pushed the clip down it didnt gap anymore should i add something else to it?

Are there multiple grooves on the shaft?

add another circlip next to the existing one if there is enough width

idk, i have 0 experience with mounting gear drive.

@Boardnamics kevin, look at what people have done with ur baby

Its less of my baby and more of my problme child i mean look at this shit he filed then front of the deck to mount lights. So lame be careful when you buy board online over fb marketplace

Dont thing so seems to be a washer and a clip

Hard to see anything, it’s so greasy in there

@Venom121212 had something similar happen

Maybe he can offer some advice about adding washers to the motor shaft to hold it in place under the axial load

Yeah at some point the loctite broke free and started pushing all that load on to the circlip, causing it to jump to the other side of the motor shaft collar. It made my can jump much like that… So much so that the motors misaligned on a full throttle

Can you fully pull open the motor with the circlip where it is?

I pushed the clip down into place and now it wont move at all. Seems to have fixed the issue. Now my new issue is like a total loser i tired using an impact gun to take out the small bolts on the gear drive. Striped one of the bolts. Then i had to like carefuly grind slits into it without messing up the gear drive. Then used a heat gun and screw driver to get it out. But now i dont know where to get a replacment for it

Careful, that circlip may jump again on you. Did you loctite the gear back in place?
