Test Report Summary: This cell appears to be a double-wrapped version of the great performing Samsung 30Q.
The two cells I tested delivered 3112mAh and 3115mAh. This is fantastic consistency, typical of cells from the major manufacturers, and easily meets this cell’s 3000mAh rating.
Its 15A rating is the same as the Samsung 30Q. These cells actually performed a little bit better than most of the 30Q’s I have tested.
The double wrapping makes this cell a little wider, about 18.5mm in diameter, but it provides better protection than the thin wrap on the Samsung 30Q.

This is one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.
Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of property damage, personal injury, or even death. Never exceed the battery’s true continuous current rating and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition.

Any rating in my ratings tables can change at any time as different grade cells appear on the market, we get swamped with fakes, or new information becomes available to me.
