Not to mention I thought their production quality went way down and they started replacing solid metal Parts with plastic or thin metal. feel like I’ve been seeing a lot of broken parts on them.

If this is anything like I’ve been developing for the past year I’ll be flipping my lid and probably drop off the esk8 planet, dig a hole somewhere and just never leave it.

Even if the parts are crappy, I really like the design of it…do you think we will see more DIY variants of it? I’d go for the metal spine design if I ever made something seriously off-road

Ich don’t see bindings. I still don’t understand how people can drive real off-road without bindings. I can understand that it’s not a pleasure to fall with a 25+kg board strapped on, but… how else to hold control over your board in terrain. I would just fly off every 5m I drive.

As far as i know they are all good with deliveries… As far as breaking them goes… I’ve broken mine, but that was pretty much to be expected by running into rocks and roots with the running gear at 30kph+.
There’s no plastic parts on my 2019 board and I’m generally pretty happy with the quality of the board. The customer service from the guys at Baja has been incredible and it’s a pretty epic ride.
