My controller has started reporting high voltages, silly high voltages…
My pack runs 60-84v etc, 82 max as confirmed on the bms, the internal voltmeter agrees, and the fact my chargr is only 84v, but i cant ride the bike as the vesc reports over 100v and errors out.
it has been creaping up over time so its a gradual component failure, but now its just useless, i have to only charge to like 70v so it shows 90+ to be able to ride it, and that really hits the range.
I have looked at the diagram i found for this and i cant find anywhere on it a bit of circuitry for measuring the hv battery.
Does anyone know how the voltage is measured on a vesc? if i know how the controller gets the voltage i can work back through the pcb/components
