I completely overlooked the fact that they were in Greece, you’re right, not weird at all
WOW, how many sets of mad wheels did you order?!?!?111/!!//?
The number is from London https://who-calls.me.uk/phone/07925246754
It was created on 23 september 2023…
It doesn’t look like a trusted company. After reading the trustpilot reviews and some comments on reddit i am pretty sure that these guys sell the data to scammers…
Good luck bro . I guess this proves my point…
If your number is on the package any number of other parties could have scanned it. Just a heads up to not point fingers straight at the vendor.
Data leaks in so many different ways it’s to be expected & you’ll never get to the bottom of it. But no boutique esk8 company is selling your data, lol.
Literally everything else in the chain of your transaction with the vendor probably is though. All of the most pertinent info about any U.S. citizen can be bought for like, $15 max.
Don’t worry about anything outside of direct communications w/the vendor regarding your order, things will be fine.
Man, how did I not see this??? I ordered mad wheels 3 days before each of these spam texts
I think we’re missing the point here that there wasn’t even a data leak, it’s just generic spam. There’s no order number, name, address, he just got a spam message that says “Make sure your package arrives on time, https://moc.mocpost.top Update your details”. That’s it in its entirety, he got that several days after ordering and assumed that’s how it happened, not that a bot is texting literally every number in the country
i have said it so many times already that it is not from mad wheels. It is from their shipping company 4px…
Then why are you here? Go complain to 4px. There’s nothing MAD, or anyone else here can (or should) do to appease you.
4pxeeze nutz
Finally got my wheels after 20 days. These wheels are amazing! Compared to 85mm Caguamas the difference in comfort is night and day
Hi. Im planing to upgrade form orange Caguamas too. Can you elaborat on the comfort part? How is the impact on range and torque? If anyone know how much axle space you need for the wheel + pres fit pulley? I now run original caliber II 184mm trucks with Caguamas and @dickyho bolt on pulley. I have to ether buy new hangers or drill out the kegel core. Any suggestions what is better?
These wheels are very soft, you can squeeze them with your hand. They absorb the impact from the potholes a lot better than the cags. They are less noisy and you feel less road vibrations . I can’t comment on efficiency because the 40t pulley that they come with, doesn’t work with boardnamics trucks. So i use them with the boardnamics 36 pulley which is not optimal.
huh
Oh I see, does it not have the right size bearing in it?
it has the right bearing but you need a longer axle
Cool, thx for the incite, I was already sold on them, and this just confirms my bias. Yeah 36T pulley is a bit small or rather the 2.4 gear ratio. When I first changed to Onsra 115mm there was almost no torque. Had to really crank the vesc settings to compensate a bit. I am on a single drive which does exaggerate the issue. Planning to upgrade the hanger wheels and probably to dual drive.
That’s strange. Doesn’t the pulley come with a bearing with 10mm ID?
Dis you measure how much axle space you need. I’m running caliber II trucks with 184mm hangers. I was thinking of upgrading to TB 218mm or BN 220mm hangers. I tough they would surely fit. Is the bearing to bearing distance bigger in this wheel as well? I thought they just widened the contact patch.
