Looking to buy... (to be updated)

Just wanna look over for anybody who got some other spare and willing strike a deal before I go brand new…

  • Zmote trigger with receiver (2 at least, 3 would be :ok_hand:)
  • SKP solo vesc, dual version (1x)
  • Nova 6 tires, 1 set should do
  • Tomiboi Hubba hubs
  • 78t spur gear (stupidly lost one out of my pair)

I can offer hoyt pucks and receiver for the zmotes

I would be cautious buying used Z-motes.

I struck out 2 for 2 when I tried to buy used.

I have a set of red Hubba hubs. I need to check again if I sold them or not lol.

Found them, they’re all in good condition except one has a small scratch and this one has a big scratch, doesn’t affect the lip or anything.

Dmed

The two used ones I got were two separate and weird issues. I believe I got stuck in trigger calibration. Or could not get into that

My bigger concern is that you get an older one with a lot of miles and it fails on you.

I have had some of my older Z-motes fail after a long time of use.

I love the Z-mote.

But if you want to go down that path I would definitely buy new ones.

That amount of zmotes as a graveyard is both dazzling and concerning lol

Any diagnoses on failed zmotes? For a raceboard build, would prefer not to have it die on me mid race

Not all of mine have died. But maybe 3-4.

I still have a few active ones. But I intend on taking them out. My last failure sucked.

But I still think the Z-mote is great.

And for a long time mine were flawless.

But I am not a good reference because I got these in the early early days… so mine are not the same as you would get now.

This was my last incident. And it sucked.

And we don’t know exactly what happened because I don’t have data loggers and havent dissected the remote or receiver.

The suspicion is the trigger potentiometer went bad. But it’s just a guess.

You offering hoyt puck 1’s or 2’s for zmotes?

Pretty sure 1s, will have to check

Got a SKP Solo Dual laying around, which I just pulled out of my raceboard. Problem is, I am located in Europe. Used it for one race season. Had zero issues with it and it worked flawless.
