Loctite 648
Scuff up the shaft and pulley with some low grit sandpaper.
Wipe with acetone or ipa.

Careful to not have the Loctite run into the motor bearings.

Is this easy to remove with a heat gun becuase the guy i bought the board from was acting like i was gonna need a torch to get it off but it came off with a heat gun pretty easy.

yeah I need about 2 min with a heatgun on my steel pulleys. If your motor gears are made of alu, it will be alot quicker.

don’t sand the surfaces

loctite works on clean surfaces, so just iso or acetone works

To elaborate; loctite retaining compound cures best when not in the presence of air, which means sanding beforehand actually makes it work worse.
