Liquidskateboards - a remoteless esk8?!?

That’s not exactly why I said they’re useless.

They need to be like a meter apart (or more) for anyone to be able to see that. If the turn signals are 6cm apart then they just look like one solid light to any motorists. Probably even to other skateboarders even, unless they’re very close to you.

Not only that, they come on when you are turning not before so by that time they can see where you are going lol

How hard would it be to DIY a remoteless setup?

A shitty one or a really good one?

I don’t think the problem is doing it, I think the problem is more like this:

I second this. I supported a kikstarter for a 3d printer a long time ago and it was ASS. Do not support kikstarters

The only thing I can possibly imagine that would make VESC worse than it already is is adding Neuralink to it.

when you don’t have that separation, next option is to have something like that instead:

But then you’ve got other problems to tackle in terms of remotelessness

Oh, I meant like electronically and programmatically.
Is it just a matter of using hardware and tools already available, and configuring it to work in the same vein as these other boards with sensor pads, Or is it like, a more serious endeavor?

I’ve already posted my idea before.

As far as making something really good, what do you mean by really good?
