This is sexy…

If I won the lotto I would buy the whole Linnpower line up.

I think they have the coolest stuff and at killer prices.

Kids are so lucky these days!!!

He’s gonna make another video with my thoughts on it. Overall, for under 2k, I think this is a badass raceboard. The top trim is more powerful which I think will compete at a mid tier pro level.

I saw these over Adis shoulder yesterday and said “oh is that newbee?”

I think The One represents the next benchmark for high performance consumer longboards. It’s likely other manufacturers are going to have a hard time reaching the level of fit and performance this board has. The $2000 model is reasonable. The $3000 version, not so much.

** for the price

FTFY

I think the model is a good idea tho, entry level that is really solid with a good amount of power and the high dollar one is just top shelf.

Definitely nabbed the lid and enclosure concept from the Metroboard Phoenix but I’m glad it helped influence the battery and esc storage and promote an affordable package and ride.

They are 20x20 in case anyone was wondering

Our codename for it while developing the board was the camelback

That price difference is just absurd IMO. Even if it has different ESCs as well as different cells, it would be cheaper to buy the $2000 version and upgrade it myself, but that defeats the purpose.

Bigger motors, better esc and better cells. I agree that it’s a lot but if it’s reliable and in a nice package like that, I’d say it’s worth.

Emphasis on reliable

It still just seems like a lot for the upgrade. If it were just the higher power version by itself, I might not even balk that much at the price, but the lower power one makes the higher power one seem expensive in comparison.

Edit: After comparing to other high-quality prebuilts, I’d actually consider buying it. It does seem like the high-power one is a pretty good deal, but the low-power one just makes it feel bad to me because it’s so much cheaper.
