the 12s5p 30q pack i had in my Withchblade GTD died a couple months ago but ive been busy, so i finally dropped a 12S4P P42A pack in there.
had to bump the og unity over to place the big ass xiao smart bms but it all fits. sleeved all the receiver and switch wires too because a bunch of loose tiny wires make me nervous.
i really didn’t think it would fit. She’s back!

Sorry about the downtime. The update didn’t go as expected and in the middle of resolving it I had a family emergency which extended the down time significantly. Typically updates take a few minutes, not a few hours.

Is that 12S LiFePO4?
not sure, the voltage on the label confuses me.
A peeve of mine is when shit doesn’t say the series count or cell type, or outright lies about the voltage (like ebike stuff). For example, when a 10S li-ion pack says “36V”, which is 100% bullshit.

agreed, 36 isn’t even nominal of most liion cells at 10S, its 37. Who know what’s in here. That just makes it more of an adventure! (cue @Venom121212 )
@b264 HA! I just answered my own question. Its pack nominal for 12S if you assume 3.6 and not 3.7 per cell. so its a 12S1P like i was going to build with leftover 40Ts, but i doubt these are 40Ts.
It’s also a charge voltage for 12S LiFePO4 if you charge to 3.6V instead of 3.65V. Hence, the confusion. The low 2.2Ah capacity led me to believe it was LiFePO4.
oh shit so maybe it is. makes sense, that chemisty would suit these kinds of well abused vehicles.
Need to look at the charger or measure it with a multimeter, I guess.
