Snag a new remote, man. If you’re having this many issues it’s probably going to cause a fall at some point.
Its on my to do, I’ve been waiting/ eyeing a few…Then, I got a good deal on a Jucker long board while in Maui so new projects
MBS treated me right and sent replacement T nuts for the truck base plate. The new board is fully together and bolted tight and no more wiggles with the thin spacers and anti sink/esc mount. Learned today I had the apex jumpdrive hub adapter with the hub in the wrong slots resulting in tire rub. I had originally placed them over the 5 bolts… now they are quieter, have better free roll, run cooler…probably going to get better efficiency too.
The new dw3 board looks and feels so nice it makes my original board seem like a toys r us buy…
Also, just got a notification that gotchipro beta ships soon tracking that now. I should be fully operational and then some quite soon. Im pretty stoked to have a gotchi in there and get some data logs.
Now to just keep fighting off the urge to make it 4wd.
That’s fun. I like how you have the gotchiPro display visible. I wrote down my pin number and shoved that shit in an enclosure…
I think that’s what most have done. I saw Andrew’s posts as he was developing it and I wanted to be able to push the button on top/see the display while it was mounted in the enclosure. I have it posted on thingiverse and I’m going to post it into the 3d printables thread for anyone who feels like using or remixing it.
