i have had this board repaired, after a hardware error. one thing that is missing now is to replace the item that burned alongside the part, check images.
does anyone know what the part is? i have tried to search this forum for info and also have a conversation with Lacroix & Vesc, as of yet no clear help there yet.
last yellow circle denotes the missing part, what is meant to be there? can anyone take a picture? surely someone out there has an image of a board with the numbers still on the part.

i think the images are not high res enough for me to see what the item actually is. google thinks for me (so called ai) that it is a resistor acting as a fuse.
yes, sorry i forgot.
even before the repair the stormcore did work. meaning i could power it on, the bt controller would operate the wheels, forwards and backwards. the board did not turn off, which is a sidenote at this point..
i also had some errors in the vesc log from the android program. which led me to look at the actual board and not consider it a software issue at start. now the board is somewhat repaired, if you ask me it should still run but that is me guessing. the last item needs to be put unto the board though.
current status is: i have sent all the info i have to the tech across the country. waiting to see what they think or if they can use any of it. but what i really would need is somebody confirming for me 100 that the item is what i think.. or an actual diagram of the circuit with names and details.

So it’s working but not turning on and off? Can you just use an antispark loop key?
it does turn on, to turn it off i would have to dissasemble it. it would probably work with that key sure. but i want to sort it out. we will see how it goes. i might have to sell the entire thing.. its silly not being able to repair stuff because etc.. dont get me started.
