Case is in prototyping stage. But I will add dimensions for pcb. Thanks for pointing it out.
Mounting holes are connected with mouse bites and can be removed if not required. The bare BMS board without mounting holes measures 110 × 32 mm.

I designed the original Thor300, but we parted ways after they breached our contract. I am now the designer of all JetFleet products. The JFBMS32 is a heavily improved and optimized version of the VFBMS32.

Picked up one to possibly replace an ennoid, haven’t installed and played with it yet but so far im pretty impressed. I really like that you kept all the components on one side - should make making a heat sink easier.
In your opinion, what is the max charging current it can handle when enclosed vs with your heat sink alu case? What would you recommend to set it up to handle its maximum charging current? I would have bought one if there was one in your store btw but no option to buy. Ill look in the us store but likely make my own.
