They exist and are the same as those herringbone pattern belts. trademark name seems to be SilentSync

I’m just trying to find HTD 5M motor pulleys for 20mm wide belts and that’s difficult enough. Switching to something even more rare than HTD 5M would suck unless someone’s gonna make the first step and standardize alot of common esk8 pulleys to it.

it’s a better design. It’s carried over to motorcycles especially when paired to an electric motor with its smooth output. I wish I could get ahold of center spline in a motorcycle width like Cake and other motorcycle makes use but unavailable to consumers.
For a skate .. u could get the pulleys 3d printed but doubt a belt is available. U would have to cut the groove urself.
Quieter. Doesn’t catch dirt and air
