He and his partner Mike Maner (further showcasing his moral freefall) were caught stealing trademarked art and reported for it. Disney does not fuck around, so maybe there were legal repercussions.

his work was amazing, shoulda grabbed a board when i had the chance, i know i could probably frit my own board but it would come out a 6/10 as sender never missed 10/10 every board i seen. guess im gonna have to teach my self some glass frit finish lol

For as much as the great admins exodus let a more than questionable image of Mike, I can’t help but feel bad for a one man’s craft company when an industry monster like Disney falls onto it.

i just spent a hour reading the “Kaly out of Business” Thread- that was a shit show lol
when i jumped into esk8 a few years back i was tossed up between a Kaly and a Lacroix, choose the Nazare and have been blessed since, safe to say i feel like i made the right choice after seeing the stated drop in quality of Kaly boards, shame seemed like Ernesto and Sender both really had a love for esk8 imp
