Identifying a missing part

Just got a new Acedeck Nyx Z1 and it was quite messed up when I bought it…since then I’ve replaced a few things and it’s working (woohoo!). I took it on a test ride today and it rode smoothly. The only thing I noticed was as that when I bought the board, one of the wheels was missing this piece that seems to hug one of the metal bushings. Does anyone know what it is and is it easy to replace?

this is bearing ring that holds bearing balls, just replace hole bearing

Yes, this is called a bearing cage.

Are your bearings working properly op? Where did you find it?
