I’m wanting an idea deck with brackets, I know if some single stack enclosures that fit, but I’m looking for a double stack, or someone that can make a gasket spacer to allow the space, does anyone have any ideas or know if any that would work?? Tia

Yes we’ve been talking and we can’t find a doublestack which is what I’m after, im still on the hunt I may just have to get the single stack and find someone to 3d print some sort of gasket or spacer/riser to give the acquired space. Prolly would just need to be an inch thick. Maybe there’s inch thick rubber strips I could cut to shape? But idk how that would hold up under pressure and over time

I made simulation, theoretically 12S8P enclosure should fit, but you will have to cut slots for brackets

That’s my enclosure and deck. It’s very close to fitting perfectly. Will need a little modification, 12s4p 21700 should be possible with it.
I’ve not built it yet as life has got in the way, it’s my next board to do though.

Ive made an enclosure to fit between the brackets.
But to be honest the eboosted universal 12s enclosure works to with bracket cut outs and a 4.5mm closed cell gasket.
12s4p p42a fits no worries and with a dual vesc

Photos showing the concave against a straight edge would be handy too. Or if someone wants to send me a deck that would also be great

I designed an enclosure that will accommodate a 12S4P 21700 + a large BMS + 2 small ESCs, such as MAKERX GO-FOC HI10
If I use the small BMS only for charging I could also fit 14S4P 21700 + 2 x ESCs
Unfortunately, laminating enclosures is not my specialty

Can you take a picture of your enclosure and draw the dimensions? Like @eBoosted does ?
I could do a simulation if your enclosure fits as I do for eBoosted’s enclosures

In a few days I will publish in the vendor’s corner an offer for a deck + several variants of brackets (currently I have 4 types and there will be more)
I have dozens of decks for sale 
I have a few decks with surface defects not affecting durability, they will be a bit cheaper

I have a used deck, but it is mounted in my board:)
I am now building 2 other boards, Compact and Mini cruiser
I have a few protoypes but they have different dimensions so I won’t send them to you because it would be pointless, you should design a enclosure for the latest production version and not a prototype one
