Check out “gear pullers”

Or battery terminal puller if the inside piece is small enough to fit your shaft

Yea. Already selling it at a huge discount. Now…even more.

Did. No dice

Find your local autozone. Look on their list of free rental tools. There is something called a pitman arm puller, there is a 3 prong version of it. Use it. Free.

So last time this happened to me, I used a heat gun for about 5 min and it popped right off.

If you’re just going at it with a flat head and trying to pry it up, try doing that from both sides of the pulley at the same time.

5 min? Ok

Don’t pry too hard, you might rip the entire motor spindle out from the set screws of the motor can instead of getting the pulleys off.

Your safest bet is to use a puller to push the shaft from the gear side.

One of these but smaller… They use them for removing stubborn ball joints…

I try to be careful of what I say. Next thing you know his board is on fire because he held a blowtorch to a motor for 5 minutes lol

Tried for 5 heat didn’t do it. I’ll get a gear puller

@Underoath888 Not to pry, but why are you taking the board apart if you’re your trying to sell it?

I don’t see how that pulls the gear off tbh
