Its a 12S8p with Samsung 50s and llt bms (the bms is actually tiny)

Bravo dude. Amazing first try.
Only issue I can see is the balance wires to the BMS should not be able to rub it press into eachother. Small fish paper bridges and kapton tape helps organize and isolate the BMS wires. The last thing you want is one or more p-groups shorting because of vibration or pressure on those wires.
Also, Iām curious as to why you rotated group 12 by 90 degrees?

Also, I agree this is a great first try. I only have one note.
It would be better for the longevity of the series connections if they were a little longer. Long enough that there is a flexible section with no solder wicked in between the two ends. With short lengths like yours you risk making the thing solid with solder. This rigidity will lead to more fatigue on your spot welds.

Finishing the build, got an landyachtz evo from 2011, bought an enclosure from eboard peru
Swaping dual solo esc + skp reacher 6485 motors by @Skyart + Straight Geardrive 270ā &hangar 2by. @Boardnamics
Fitting battery, esc and this tiny bms into enclosure and doing all the connectors, considering to put in a buck converter-usbc to use battery as powerbank
Sadly destroyed the switch, waiting for new one to finish the build
