Ive had multiple crashes from shit failing (but not my 3d printed rims yet) . This is esk8. No where have i offered guarentees…

Continuing the discussion from Kaly Out of Buisness?:

So I finally broke down and watched the video you are holding up like a shield as proof that you did your research. I was pooping, so the length of your video was perfect. Thanks for that.

Here’s my takeaway:

  1. You wanted bigger rims because you saw a Kaly XLR and liked how they looked.
  2. You asked someone else to design you these rims.
  3. They printed these to test the design and told you that you could ride on them. You took this assumption as fact.
  4. You claim that you can stand on them, which is only a single type of one stress test and not done in any controlled environment. Purely subjective. Things get interesting when you’re several thousand miles into your board and the print layers start delaminating from repeated impacts, heat, and forces endured while in use.
  5. 650 miles of you alone riding on these is not an adequate amount of testing, and that you are claiming it is speaks towards how little you understand about the product you’re attempting to sell.
  1. Why did you choose the print orientation you did? Did you do any testing on different orientations to find one with optimal sheer/impact resistance?

Your video 100% consisted of your personal opinion and showed absolutely zero empirical testing. You demonstrated absolutely zero understanding of the topics at hand and relayed zero technical data.

What was it you expected one to learn by watching you tell a nice story about how you saw some pretty rims and paid someone to design & print you some?

Simply put, you never should have decided to sell your FDM printed prototype. It’s downright negligent given how little actual testing you’ve done + your complete lack of engineering credentials, due process, and logic.

Cool story bro x

Youre all the info is on my facebook and insta Jules Spinner on Instagram

It clearly details how many miles ove done, how this is totally new, how i give zero warranties. Its a new technology for ppl like me who wanna try the 8.5 x 3” tyres…

650 from only you is not enough

Bruv, why are you wasting your time trying to convince anyone on this forum that you or your “products” are legit? Go sell ur shit on reddit or fb or one of the numerous other platforms that may (cough) buy your shit? No one here is gonna pull the trigger on anything associated with you.

The way you conduct yourself screams small dick energy m8. We’ve already got plenty of tiny dicks 'round here, thanks

Now andrew if you dont mind im muting you, you can continue to bark on about how you feel i have no engineering background and you are 100% right. I wanted to ride the escooter tyres and ive made that happem. The carve on them is THE SHIT. And if anyone else wants to ride them and they have the balls they can buy them in 3d printed like im riding or in aluminium. If you dont like it thats fine, youve made your point, and ppl can choose what they wanna do. Ill be out there carving the shit out of these tyres whilst you prattle on. I dont care who listens to you. I dont care who buys my rims. Im just having a fkn great time carving on them and if anyone else wants to join me they can. And they will be told the truth about how many miles i have done and that this is not failproof. Exactly the same disclaimer as youll find on the lacroix website x

By all means, but seems to me you might be the fragile one here mate.

You’ve been braying endlessly asking me to watch your video, and I did, but you didn’t actually have anything of substance to say in it so here we are.

Thats on you to figure out bud. But I sincerely hope you stop trying to sell these to people before you end up injuring someone. This is not a matter of people having the ‘BALLS’ to ride your printed hubs, its just a bad call all around.

Go nuts with a properly CNC’d aluminum version, but trying to pass off these 3DP garbage hubs is negligent and snake-oil as fuck.

Do better.
