I told Hyperion I didn’t need my battery back until next season and that if he needed anything from me to contact me. My thought was it would give him ā€œsomeā€ relief to get caught up…This guy completed repairs/rebuilt and sent it back. I got it yesterday. Assembly and test to come soon. Hope everyone gets sorted soon. I mean if I can get a little good luck…anyone canšŸ™‚.

They still are yet to communicate a timeline for refunds for many and are being actively avoidant.

I’ll probably end up calling PayPal today like you said, I was hoping between my laziness and desire to avoid contact with anyone that this would have been sorted already āˆ†_āˆ†

Glad to see some things getting resolved. But it’s a little frustrating that a battery that takes quite a bit of work is dealt with, but a simple web click to process a refund is not. I hope there isn’t a penalizing factor at play here.

Isn’t simple if the money was already used to pay bills. Working on a pack requires time and effort but not necessarily money

I feel like that would create an enertion style deal killer. Chargebacks can cripple any company. I wish they would communicate better, but have they ever been perfect on that part?

You’ve lost me there, friend. Any damage done to Hyperion from this mess is self-inflicted. This is no longer about trying to protect a great reputation, but to repair a previously great reputation that’s been forfeited.

Why are you all of a sudden their advocate when no one is unduly bashing them?

I’m not being their advocate(atleast not in my personal opinion) I’ve never bought from them as they wouldnt respond to me in timely fashion. But we have seen this kind of problem with enertion. I consider them to be crippled beyond repair. It’s not like it is a whole new thing for a vendor to fall way behind on everything. I do think they are trying to avoid the communications while fixing as many orders as possible. Atleast, if I were in their position, that’s what I’d do.

I got lucky and avoided the whole Enertion mess simply because I won’t use anything but Paypal to buy certain things online, and when I tried to get a Unity earlier this year, Paypal was not an option offered by Enertion for my country.

Firstly I would suggest you hush on the topic here because if Corey&co decide to get wobbly they know for sure they dont need to refund you because there’s clearly nothing you can do about it.
