Hybrid 2-1 build single motor

Hey guys, so I’m looking to build a hybrid build. I have had the diyeboard 10s5p dual belt kit that worked for a couple months but as of lately I get 1 motor shutting off when going up slight inclines/ just cruising for about a mile. I have picked up a TB 6380 motor and TB motor mount, blue kegel wheels 85mm , and a pyschotiller enclosure. But what’s everyone’s recommendation on a fairly easy AT swap, I wanted caliber trucks but seems that limits my AT wheel options. And I’ll need to get a slim battery as well. But also can’t decide if I should go vesv or fsesc due to not quite being comfortable with the programming portion of the VESC. Thoughts and input?

For all terrain single drive is not enough

Street wheels to AT fairly easily

You need some extended axles like Surfrodz for example.
And you need a long motor mount

Any recommendations for the surfrods? And what sort of motor mounts worth with those? Trampa?

for AT single drive will not have enough power and the braking will feel weird.

I plan on going dual 6380s after getting the other things situated. Which I’ll use with street for the meantime until I can muster up the funds for Berg’s and another 6380

I would build a single drive with what you got on urethane.
Then, save for trucks, mounts, haggywheels and two motors.
Buy 2 more 6380 or 1 6380 1 6375 and put the smaller one on the single drive urethane board.
You’ll want a back up board while building the AT board.
Make the pneumatic build its own thing.
Maybe buy a haggy truck/ wheel/ mount combo?

Only thing in that picture you can use for it is the motor.

Well SR TKP/rkp 177/200mm with 80/90mm shoulder bolts or like Kelly said @haggyboard.timo complete drive train

Single drive works fine for me on my all terrain board. Just need lots of amps. The motor gets quite hot and traction can be an issue on stuff like super fine dirt but that can be improved with lower psi and more weight on the driven wheel. I also don’t weight a while lot though.

Man honestly you can’t beat Haggyboards AT drive Kit.

Its basically the cheapest way to get on proper pneumatic’s, customer service is top notch and shipping times are absolutely insane.

If you’re planning on running bergs its not much more considering all the extra shit you get.

And honestly I prefer my kahua trucks to my surfrodz  . Could just be a 50 vs 44 baseplate thing but yeah.
