That sounds like a robust approach.
I wouldnāt sandwich this pcb with another pcb. I wouldnāt do any sandwiching of any type with this pcb. If u must at least do it with some iron cells as I expect it will short sandwiched.
I think this pcb really needs to be mounted held by the cells alone.
I havenāt thought this through, but you donāt think you could just insulate the copper and lay another layer of cells on the other side?
If u had room to put cells on other side of the pcb maybe ā¦think be hard to attach them though.
But then itās a lot of strain on the nickel as u have cells on the other side and itās all either bouncing around in a box and stressing nickel or one side is floating with the other side held and heavy cells held by nickel and tape and glue. Maybe itās ok or maybe it will stress the nickel. If anyone asks Iām saying just mount the battery by the cells alone with Velcro. Itās a rough environment.
How much do you want for one shipped to the U.K.?
Sorry not shipping the battery by air. Can ship pcbs solo or with deck n mounted box
Just want the pcb and nickelā¦
If u want it message me and can send. Parcel monkey or ups I hear is cheaper
