I’ve searched but a lot of the previous topics have results for belts on the shorter esk8 sizes and I could use a longer one (580-600) but need something much stronger than my Amazon belts. If anyone can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.

Looks comfy ha. In the US I’ve been using V-Belt Guys for my belts, they have sizes in that range.

For stronger, I would use a wider belt or switch to a bigger size like HTD8M. In the same size and form factor, better belts can be a little stronger in my experience but not by much.
Also, if a belt is slightly misaligned it can drastically weaken it in my experience. Are you sure it’s aligned properly? A misalignment can put pressure on one side, snapping a fiber in the edge of that side, then the next fiber, then the next fiber, etc, instead of putting pressure evenly across all the fibers across the belt width.

Belt alignment is good, not sure there is a 8m style wheel that will fit my cart
