yep @ZachTetra for mudguards would be my guess what needs the tire profile.
Tire profile isnt critical for what I want to use them for, a extremely small drive system both normal esk8-like and inside a caster.
Sorry I have not ordered a tire and tube quite yet, I am sure a cad file will come out right when I do.
Prepping for Esk8Con so no time to model this. But I can tell you that the center diameter is (surprise, surprise) 125mm and the diameter at the perimeter is ~110mm. Width is 40mm.
