Seems like someone ought to at least give the dude credit for being 100% upfront about it. If it were anything he felt morally obligated to follow through with, & even slightly dubious, it seems like something he wouldn’t have voluntarily disclosed so readily.
Some of the folks in here seem to be using this gents purported lack of character to shine a light ion theirs.
(And Laserwolf - from my perspective - was innocent in F.o.t.r. - he made honorable attempt to arrange to marry 'Tevyas daughter inline with the norms of the time - he got burnt in that film & definitely acted with honor throughout the story - to the cat that referenced the moniker as shady)
