Don’t have a hairdryer :poop:

I beat the shit out of it with rubber mallet today, no luck.

Sleeve looks fine on the pic, why change it?

Ride until you grind

Because I have 2 other pairs and since I won’t use it at all pretty much from now on I wanted to clean it up and such, potentially sell it.

I seriously don’t get it…
40€ for a bearing puller it is, i guess…
I’d try what venom suggested first (board, hole, sleeve, smack), but seriously doubt you’ll have any success when malleting the shit out of the rim didn’t even show a little effect.

What happens if you basically step on the motor and pull on the board?

Or rather wrap your feet (with shoes) around the motor and start pulling on the deck

dude if it was that simple then it would have been solved a long time ago.
It doesn’t move even barely ^^

I can deadlift almost 200kg but I can’t even make it move :joy:

How long to leave the hairspray on before trying to rip it off like a mad lad?

The hairspray trick tbh I’ve only done on moto grips, slippery while wet for like 30s then gets tacky. It’s more for putting on a new grip then taking one off so I guess I’m talking about putting on a new sleeve and not spraying it under the old one, although that may help YMMV

I give up, I’m all out of ideas…

Cut thane, dremel aluminum sleeve, pry away from motor with pliers.

If it works, you’ll whack your nutz hard with the other hub. Perhaps a “cup” is cheaper than a gear puller, IDK

Try it and let us know how it goes :joy:

It didn’t even move.

Just gonna give up on swapping them I guess…

Maybe I should just ride it without screws and hope it falls off? :joy:

Do you have a hacksaw?

I want you to reach slowly and carefully into your pocket… and pull out some money and buy a new drivetrain
