Hoverboard onewheel 2024 edition

Hey guys , I just got 2 hoverboards 2 days ago , one is dual board , one is single . The dual works , the single doesn’t, it did but after I wired up the uart from the 2 sensors together (spliced same as they are on the connectors not by color ) ,it would run one motor but the second would just kind of juggle back and forward , a few reatarts later it stopped working completely,all fets are fine but one of the voltage controllers blew… Sourcing it where I live will be impossible , but I might have one on some board …

I have ordered the flasher st link and it should arrive tomorrow, but do you guys think with the new foc hack for dual boards I could get the dual boards to power it for now until I can get a fofc board?
I’ve seen that they can be made to spin opposite ways and I have seen that they can be controlled trough Arduino , so could I setup one to run as slave to another , use their gyros and run a pressure plate like it was run on the single board ones ?

I will be testing it tomorrow guys so sorry if I’m asking uncesecarry questions , but I’m excited that I found a way to make myself a cheap onewheel after years of looking at them ,but not wanting to spend all the money for one… And I love playing with electronics , I just don’t have much experience coding ,it’s abit messy as the photo was taken outside next to the vice after I cut the boards for the motor mounting for testing and cut the aluminum to mount to stick…

I don’t know hot yo edit a post unfortunately… Since the boards can run as master and slave with the hack , even I I can’t use their gyros and the pressure plate , I can run them trough an esp or Arduinowith a gyro have it keep balance after pressure applied to pressure plate, then it needs to keep level and use the pressure on the pad as throttle while keeping the board level , I have no idea how to code it in , but with the help of internet and chat gpt I guess I can figure it out , but what do I do for braking , since it would coast with no pressure applied to foot pedal , just lean back and have it slow me down because it wants to keep level and I’m pushing downwards ,have it apply back force after certain force of lean back ?
