My suggestion is to never leave communications open-ended. Always include a date, “no response by xxxx-xx-xx is considered a refusal to cooperate, and the process moves to the next step”
That way you’re never waiting for them. Make the dates reasonable like 10 days or 2 weeks out from the time you send it.
If they skip a deadline, tell your bank it’s fraudulent and start the chargeback process. You usually can’t do this after a certain time anyway, so don’t let them jerk you around until you can’t.
I received exactly the same lipo a few days ago, however, ordered directly from the HK warehouse (+ about 30 Euro for EU customs costs). Delivery time ca 2 weeks. I didn’t trust the announcement about EU warehouse reopening.
