There are tons of threads on here, I would look through some of the build threads and see what people are using on their builds, what combos work, what type of results they got.
There are tons of options for every part, and a lot of people say “buy nice or buy twice”
(Meaning: if you buy something cheap and not food quality, you will most likely buy another/different one to replace it later)
