This is fake news; a smaller board is more difficult to ride and I absolutely would NOT recommend a penny board for beginners.

just got an email from Penny, They got a $25 deck deal doing on. Not sure about using them for esk8, but fun to kick around? They have the medium 32" ones for the same price.

I just searched for “Penny” so I could post this sale, reading the thread now. My Penny longboard was what got me started looking to build my first board!

Also there’s this guy “Albert Nario” on YouTube, who just blows my mind. I got no understanding of electronics, though.
