I am very happy with how it went, I still need to add the BMS and the discharge lead but I can’t do that until the Unity is in and that needs some serious wood working

Woot!! We got progress!

Drive train is rebuilt with screws driven through the clamps into the hanger (bottoms out on the axle) and a 44 degree baseplate in the back, and I’ve tossed some Zealous bearings and 93a KranK barrels on. I turned the motors forward so I have less wires but now I need another 295mm belt, the wires are against the clamp of the mount so I can’t slide it up forward as much.

Guts are all stuffed in, I drilled out holes for the phase leads/charge port/power button in the back and used hot glue to seal the ports (phase leads are still open) and soldered up all the adapters and splitters for the battery so the wires are nice and neat. The battery has some hot glue to stabilize it and the electronics had double sided adhesive foam. Now it has a METR, VX1, and LTT BMS so I have all the data feedback, I’ll never need to open this again.

Currently running 97mm BKB wheels with 44T pulleys, the torque is :exploding_head:

Absolutely blasts up 40 degree slopes

METR cuts out part way through, no idea what happened there
