I need a good handlebar solution. Ideally a easy to mount / demount quickly, so I can alter between a board with handlebar and without.

I need it to be a scooter like solution.

My only thought is to DIY it and make it like a scooter.
Sheet steel with a pipe welded to it that you can mount scooter bars on it with a bar clamp
Like taking the fork off a scooter and replacing it with a plate to screw onto the deck
