Gummies. A surprisingly good time for me

Mine on Kaly hubs are fucking crispy man.

Then again, Kaly hubs > Tampa

this is my experience as well. I’m glad some people like them, I wanted to like them bad. Not getting flats is huge, but … Certainly, they suit a purpose, just not my purpose. I’m not happy below 35kph (22mph) lol

I’ve hit 35mph on them. No wobble. But Ernestos bearings and hubs are fucking tits so there is that.

Pretty sure those SZs are probably a bit better than the evolve trucks too  better setup all round would definitely make for a better ride :ok_hand:

Maybe the tire itself is not balanced. We had a few tires in one batch that were not perfectly centred. They were all put to the side and ended in the bin. Should be visible when spinning on the bench.

Not my board, but I’ll hit up the dude who owns it.

If he provides video of the wheels unbalanced on the bench, will you replace them free of charge? And how can you determine if it’s the urethane or the hub without having alternative hubs to try on?

You can measure it out if they not perfectly centered.

I had one of them a while back.
Was replaced without further questions from Trampa after sending the pictures.

I do, I just wanted to encourage you to try it out. No criticism…
We tried a lot of things during Gummies R&D and found the current solution to be the best way forward.
However, trying new things is always a good thing.

I bet those wheels are 10 lbs each

true say. at least the weight is spread out evenly.

I said this a while ago, but was shot down. 150mm gummies that’s wider. This needs to happen.

Honestly why?
The cheap aliexpress tyres can be run completely deflated in case of a flat.
The only advantage would be improved consumption compared to pneumatics but at the expense of huge weight differences.

I always wanted to try these. they are supposed to be 78a

Has anyone punctured those sixshooter tires by “Clever”? those things feel THICC. I’m riding the cloudwheels V1 with that potential core explosion. I really do like the cushy feel.

I tried the Gummies just kicking it around while I was building this. they are hard but rolled over everything. I like the look, but wish they were a bit wider.

Wider would add wight again…

Weight is also increased when I step on it. What’s your point :unamused:

It is a fast spinning weight.
