How long/far do group rides usually go? Never been on a group ride before but getting kinda bored always riding by myself. I run 10s3p so my range isn’t terrible but it’s not great either. My main concern with going on a group ride is going with guys whose boards are cracked out and will go 30+ miles no sweat and my board dies while I’m out somewhere. I’m in SD if that changes anything lol

most rides I’ve been on nowadays is 15 mile and under. Because of covid, we don’t do the ride, eat/drink/charge stops, ride some more anymore, I miss those days.
my 10s8p board can probably get up to 40miles if I don’t do too fast so I would ride before and after group rides

my 10s4p was the small battery at group rides with these cats.
I built a 12s5p and it was still the small battery.
Now I have a 12s5p with a 12s5p range extender. I think I’ll maybe not be the small battery now.
Still, these guys are kind enough to bring a tow rope and not give me a Napoleon complex by laughing me down…
the world needs more charge n rides. I miss the charge stops with beer and snacks and smoke.

I almost never go to the LA rides especially not that early. These days my Saturday mornings are biking, Sunday mornings are esk8 locally. I do everything before the family gets out of bed.
My only action is here at the office where I ride around the 2 mile parameter of the parking lot daily after it cools down a bit
