Headed there now thanks

Is it possible to connect thumb throttle/e-brakes for e-scooter usage on D100?

Yes and no. You’re gonna need to add a bit of extra circuitry as the existing setup is insufficient (scroll up for more details). Apart from that yeah.

Did you try the resistor/capacitor solution proposed in Post #463? If so, did it help your ADC inputs at all?

I’m in search for controller…

Aren’t we all. In this world though, ebikes and escooters are the 2nd class citizens, unlike how it usually is.

We have made modifications to the PCB:
ADC input RC filtering is added.
Power switch button, changed to use VESCTOOL to set the shutdown time
and some other optimizations…

Thank you for your hard work! Always awesome to see improvements to the best ESC’s

That’s great news! When were these changes made? How can a customer tell which version of PCB they have? Thanks!

So adc works fine.
What about the e-brakes?

Same way.

Was this changed in hardware? How can previous unit owners know which version they have and what features are compatible?

This was quite the interesting find

Yep those are direct fets. https://www.reichelt.com/de/en/mosfet-n-channel-75-v-160-a-1-8-mohm-directfet-l8-irf-7759-p137882.html?r=1

as we anticipated, 75v rated, which leaves a pretty small window for voltage spikes at max 16s charge.
