I see a repeating pattern of taking money for work, not doing the video work, not supplying the boards, not giving the money back until a refund is forced via 3rd party.
On top of glorified ads posing as reviews, pretty disgusting behaviour from Average Eskate / hockey Reviews.

The community knows what they are like, some are naive about it.

Youtube. For along time they did a format where the sat at a desk with a bunch of rollerhockey stuff hanging behind them and would chat about eskate stuff.
