Is the Focbox UI app dead?
I used it about a week ago and I cannot get my boards to connect via Bluetooth today.
My phone shows the Unity BLE 1.1. But the app shows a scan error input/output on both of my boards.
I was going to download the app again but it is no longer available through Google play store.
I tried my laptop through usb. Not supported.
My boards have been working just fine for 5 years.
I use the HUD menu to monitor some of my rides since my pack I built is about 4-5 years old.
Hmmm I have the app still but no unity to connect to anymore. Scanning shows other random Bluetooth addresses though.

My Unity may outlast my Hummie board.
My Physcotiller (RIP) battery covers are the only thing that I really repair now but they are still holding up.
Honestly, possibly. Blood sold separately.
What app is everyone using for the unity lately ?
I can try and see if mine still works later today.

I still have one in a Raptor 2.1, but it’s in the spare room behind a bunch of fibreglass rolls and an incomplete Honda chaly.
I can also check mine later tonight and then confirm how it responds in its natural raptor environment.
Think I’ve even got some firmware update app on my PC too.

Just tried, mine seems to connect normally…
Maybe your bluetooth module has broken down, checked if its seated properly?

But it will not connect.
I have 2 boards with the Unity.
Edit: I just tried again and it connected…weird.
Don’t know what happened before but I’m glad it works now.
Both my boards work great. I ride either one everyday to get around town.
So much easier than driving.
My main board is still using 23.44 firmware with no problems.

looked on github but only found unity firmware for FOCBOX TOOL.
At this point I may go with VESC TOOL 0.83 and FW 3.3 for HW410
which should keep the old (HM10?) bt module working
I think I have some FOCbox tool for windows on my PC at home. I don’t know much about it, but updated my only FOCbox firmware once with it from memory. It asked for serial number, and I just typed in the number on the sticker on the focbox.
When I get home I’ll upload it, you can always not use it.

That would explain why the Raptor 2 worked beautifully with it…
Raptor 1 I had to donate my precious metr module for it to get riding again… Hmm I actually never got paid for that… Ffs osbsbs
