Back on topic here a little bit, I road tested the RaptorClearance Unity yesterday (finally) and it works fine - feels like the right amount of power - I didn’t do any limits testing, but it pulled just fine.
I’ll probably get another one just to have on the shelf.
honestly you have me fuddled… and I’m quite impressed…
I feel… you are about a solid of person that could ever be…I honestly mean that… I feel we just don’t get each others humor… know what I mean?.. but your repasted has me non-plussed…
I’ts indeed a pleasure to have an aquitantce with a complex individual…
honestly johann you are growing on me… I used to think you were a k00k…
FTFY pendejo. No offence meant, I just wanted to point out that Jase doesn’t need to do jack shit for new FW, he just has to keep cranking out Unities.
Lol so when I was told by one of the developers a decrease in my boards performance was an expected result of their recommended “fix”, how was that my fault?
That was my point as well . He will be left in the dust as soon as any firmware or software doesn’t support his device or anyone needs any support on anything.
I think you are just you Mal and I love you for that.
I don’t know the backstory on this, and have no bones with you bro, genuinely interested in what’s up with that? Was it HFI? Something else?
Also, Jase won’t lose Unity support, because it already works with VESC FW and will keep working, and out of loyalty to the community, @Deodand will keep fixing stuff most likely.
I don’t think thats fair dude. There’s definitely some funky shit going on with FW5 and I’m really hoping some of it gets cleaned up in the next update
When hitting full throttle, I was getting weird oscillating between my rear motors that felt like speed wobble.
Didn’t even correlate to speed oddly enough. I could hit top speed from 75%-100% throttle range. It wasn’t until I pulled the throttle all the way to 100% that the wobbles would happen.
When I decreased the number as suggested, the board lost its high end acceleration and felt sluggish to me.
Trust me, I would love to be using the new FW. Just not interested in high speed weirdness and have experienced enough issues to wait patiently for now.
