I was trying to pinpoint a connectivity issue of sorts yesterday and found my VX2 does this too. Had a bad crash a while back where I suddenly had no brakes on a turn and recently another downhill run at 30mph where the remote was non responsive again for some 5 seconds or so. Stopped safely and rode it back home at 5mph. Not touched it much since.
Opened up the board yesterday to check wiring etc., ran the throttle and noticed the remote froze again for some 5 sec or so at random (screen froze and wouldn’t respond to throttle input) before operating per usual.
Running a Xenith on 10s. doing 20a per motor or so max. Never had these issues with the VX1 on another board. Gonna swap the VX2 for a VX1 and slowly gain back some confidence.
hey. does anyone know what measurement system the remote uses? trying to set the wheel diameter and also is the value for the pulleys for tooth count or actual size of the pulley?
Let me wake this thread up. Got DV6S to replace my dying unity. VX2 has been working like a champ with unity so decided to keep it.
I get it to connect to my receiver, It gets stable blue light after i turn my remote on, But board battery indicator in the remote is at zero + throttle does not do anything. Could it be the receiver wires?
