The Flipsky dual 6.6 (not the plus version) has been extremely reliable for me except for one flaw: voltage readout is all over the place. I assume that this is due to their components, design/interference… who else is having this issue?

My instability is far beyond that. The readout changes constantly, often 5-10 volts on a 12S pack.
Yeah… that’s not normal I’d contact flipsky and see what they say.
