Has anyone tried adapting something similar to one of these one wheel style hooks on a board? Id love to run a proper rear binding but don’t have the room because of my esc.
Or any other options? Need something I can mount in front of my back foot..

Will they work mounted on the inside of your foot?

I tried using S2 bindings backwards like that and after the first couple of rides I learned that i didn’t like them very much.. it was ok for turning but in general it just didn’t feel very good.. it’s hard to explain but I always just felt like i was coming out of them when they were backwards.
Thats sorta what I was worried about too
I use this for my front foot. I’ve seen it used for a rear foot also. Just make sure you check the orientation in your slicer before you print it. I’ve had it printed in wrong stance on accident, needed to mirror it.
