Nice! How’s the motor clearance in the back? Looks a bit tight.

nice to see another board with juma’s  they are really cool

Can post pics later/tomorrow.
Is IS VERY tight indeed but just about fits!

Does that help?

Are you suuure that those aren’t pinching the phase leads? Because it sure looks like it. Sickkk board nontheless, can’t wait for your inevitable move to pneumies.

Not everyone wants to kill their range

Only most

I angled the cable gland so it would fit without pinching… I think.
(also here you can see the issue with the screws - they are too long but stripped so I need to weld a nut on top to remove and replace them)

also, this board here will not have pneumatic tires.
I have three more boards in progress - two of them will use pneumatics. But it will be a while before they are ready

sweet build! Did you try removing the bushings and move the hanger around by hand to see if it pinches? Also kinda curious, what is the Bioboards suspesion plate?

Damn, that sucks! The way I see it you could either reroute the cables more to the sides if they dont get in way of other stuff inside the enclosure. You could also ditch the grommets all toghether, route the cables through the existing holes and just silcone the holes shut. This way you wouldnt have to deal with hassle of filling up those extra holes too.

I guess you could also use a wheel base extender to not deal with any of that stuff alltogether. Its what I did my Century, but my problem was prettty severe motorbite

Other more experienced builders might have better solutions though, I’ve only built one board so far.

I guess I could (and probably will) use these:

They are short enough to provide just enough room for clearence, while not needing any modification done
