Exway ADV Pro - jerky control -> FIXED (new FW)

So I just got back from my first ride in @Exwayboard ADV Pro and I don’t know what to think. I had I really unpleasant experience regarding the control of the power on the board through the Rexus remote. I am not sure if this problem can be solved somehow in the settings, or it is a defective piece, or if it is just very badly programmed.

Most of the time I try to keep same speed and holding the throttle for example at roughly 30%, the board cuts out power once it hits some speed (depending on throttle position), then power hits in again (with very noticable jerk, to keep on that speed) and then cuts out again… This scenario goes on and on switching neutral and sharp kick in of power every 1-2 seconds. The board keeps almost the same speed or goes like between 26-27 km/h but it is very jerky and definitely not smooth or enjoyable ride.

Does anyone else have same experience? Is it a malfunction, bad design of the control algorithm, or just some wrong setting?

I need to fix this, otherwise I cannot enjoy riding this board.

Sounds like a faulty remote tbh, I’ve ridden one quite a bit and it’s very smooth. I’d contact exway tbh

I got two boards, so I will test the second one once I got some time to ride (probably next week). Sofar, I got message from @Exwayboard website chat, that recommends throttle calibration, but I did that before the ride, so that should not be the thing.

So I got info from @Exwayboard that I don’t have the newest firmware, so I am updating the remote and board just now.

Considering the mentioned bug fixes I hope it sorts my problem.

Ok, so it’s settled, new firmware fixed all the “jerkiness” while trying to maintain steady speed.

I had this version

And now It works fine with this version:
