[EU][WTB] Wide trucks, 55-60mm axles

Hi!
Im looking to buy trucks with at least 55mm of axle space.
I have no specific model in mind.
For only trucks im thinking maybe 50 - 150 eur depending on the type.
If you want to sell a full drivetrain (trucks, motors, mounts) then im also interested, given enough room for my big wheels.

Location? have few in the US

I have a pair of flipsky wide DKPs to sell. Located im Germany, if you are interested send me a msg

Sweden, so Im guessing shipping and customs from the US will be painful :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Yo! What big wheels are you looking to run, AT or street?

I have a Bioboard/Fatboy drivetrain I might be willing to sell. 275mm hangers with 3Dservisas Urethane gear drives, 6396 motors. Got Bergmeister adapters (+ rims, tubes & tires) as well as kegel and abec adapters.

Im also in Sweden, Göteborg

Onsra 115mm airless! So If the kegel adapters leave enough room on the axle then that might work

Hmm, I havent tried those wheels so cant say for sure.

Do you live nearby? Maybe we could meet up and check fitment? I’ve also got blue TB110 wich are wonderful imo.

Im in norrköping
Im new to this, and trying to piece together the mechanical components turned out to be harder than expected

From what I can tell, the onsra 115 wheels seem to be tricky to fit to non-onsra pulleys / adapters, but now that i have the wheels i really want to use them.

Is it possible to remove the gear drive and use belts instead? If that’s the case would you consider selling it without the geardrive?

I see. First of all, welcome to the place where adults become kids again, lol!

Be sure to read a lot of the older threads. There’s tons of documented builds to inspire and learn from and don’t be afraid to ask questions if you are unsure of anything. A lot of cool people here who like to help out!

I’ll take some measurments a bit later later today which might help determine if the wheels fit the gear drives or not.

It is indeed possible to remove the drives from the hangers, but it would unfortunately be kind of a hassle and a dealbreaker for me since I don’t think these drives would fit anything else.

Thank you very much!
I figured that might be a dealbreaker… I’ll consider buying the whole kit, but i see that as a last resort kind of thing. Budget creep is already getting the better of me x)

No worries and no pressure! It’s an expensive hobby so take your time to plan out your build.

Here are some pics with measurements

These are the TB110, from the bearing to the edge of the wheel (the shorter red line) is approx 5mm, maybe a little more. This is the inside of the wheel

This red line, between the wheel and gear drive is approx 13mm. So if the Onsra 115 is around the same as the TB110 in the first mesurement, or even a wee bit wider they should fit, assuming they use normal kegel core.

Here’s a pic of the whole drivetrain as well

thanks for checking! And sorry for taking so long to respond.
Im starting to think i should have checked the order of purchases list a guy keeps posting in threads like this before buying these wheels :joy:

The vertical red line is ~12mm, and the blue one is ~6mm, so i dont think they will fit on your drivetrain :frowning:

I also saw some discussion about people having trouble fitting pulleys to these because the kegel core pattern is a little bit different from the standard.

Honestly, i might look into using bolt-on pulleys without bearing support since that would require a bit less axle space.
