No fishpaper between p-groups? That’s not a battery, that’s a fire hazzard. You should disassemble that thing enough to secure it before you sell that to anyone

That’s kind of how most extended Onewheel batteries are made. At best, some have kapton between the groups, but generally that’s how it all goes.
I know Onewheels aren’t a big thing on this forum, but they’re my main squeeze and I’ve seen many things that wouldn’t fit the standards of most builders in here. Yet, thousands and thousands are in circulation, and I get scoffed at when I mention any criticisms of it all. So…I don’t bother.

Single wheeled balance vehicles do have less vibrations and travel slower than most esk8 as well. Not saying it’s safe, just saying it’s less unsafe. I’d bet a lot of ebike packs are the same way, because the packs are abused less in those vehicles.

That’s not a battery it a bomb. Lol. Joking aside there is some amazing info from some really talented builders on here. Always best to be over safe where batterys are concerned.
