Guys…I won… I tricked the system…

Again, read everything below for all infos.
The top quote is the latest ones. I got a letter from the Public prosecutor that i either go to court and may get my board back but have to pay a fine or community service, or i resign my right to get my board back but then they will drop the charges.

They missed the fact that i already got my board so i asked a friend of a friend and he told me : accept that you won’t get your board back and i did that. Fast forward 17 day to now: and i got another letter from the Public prosecutor. Guess what…they dropped the charges since i accepted their terms to not get it back.

So according to the Public prosecutor they have my board and are dropping the charges.

Reality is : i already have my board and they still drop the charges thinking that i don’t have it.

Suck on that Government! Let’s see when Karma strikes back.

So, i just received a letter that tells me that they have enough evidence to prosecute me (well duh i confessed the offense)

Weirdly enough it states that they are willing to drop the charges if i resign my right to get the compounded goods back. Not sure if they know that i already got my board back last month?

If i don’t comply with that they are going to pursue the charges and probably transform it to money charges, community services or something.

My board just got impounded by the Police.

Finally got some tiny update after 24 days.

Today i received a summons(?) letter. Citation (?) Not sure what the proper term for it is.

Basically an invitation to the local Police headquarters on February 4th (3 days before my Birthday, hurray) to determine if i did the crime of riding my board.

This is what i did according to the police :

Fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis gemäß § 21 StVG and
Verstoß gegen das Pflichtversicherungsgesetz gemäß § 1, 6 Pflichtvers.-Gesetz - Owi gemäß. §§ 3,4 FZV

So driving without license and violation of the Obligatory insurance law.

Well another update ( i’m shaking right now )

Today i rquested a call from the police department for an update (that was before i got the letter)

The call just happened.

To test the speed they usually strap cars to a roll wich measures it. With the scooter being legal they ride the scooter, but this time a guy had to ride my board. The officer told me that he was so happy to finally step off the board. The weirdest part is that they only measured 27km/h (-2) = ~25km/h and not the official 38/40 that its capable off. So might get a more mild fine for that?

February 4th still stands, i just need to give them a formal statement that i did it without knowing the consequences or was fully aware something like that.

After that my statement goes to the court where they decide if i have to pay a fine or have to do community service (they can’t really get much money from me because i don’t have a job atm ^^ )
