I can’t hear clearly cause I am in a very noisy volleyball match but the gist of it is that it is for pedestrians , the skater asked him if he would be so kind to move over and he says he would if he wanted to.
Edit: Now that I managed to hear the video in a more quiet environment this is the worst translation ever.

As others have stated looks like everything was done with respect. I dont speak french so its tough to fully understand the engagement, the only thing I may have done differently is to keep going after passing him rather than hanging back and continuing to engage.

I gave my camera to a friend, he was filming for me, I was the guy that rang the bell and overtook him.
Note that I don’t think we ever saw this dude before, so he definitely never saw us before.

in all honestly the cameraman dealt with it very well and the jogger was just another know it all so nothing you could do. You guys said and did the right thing an made no problem so a green light from me 
On top of that he did not make way at all after he realized you were behind him he just hogged the path.
